Who we are
FMQ Technologies AB (org nr 559435-1636), Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers data you submit through the early access request on fleetmq.com, and is written in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you request early access we collect your name, email address, company, role, and the time you gave your consent. We do not collect anything else through this request.
Why we use it
We use your data to evaluate your request, to contact you about early access and onboarding, and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box on the request. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored with our hosting provider in a secured database that only FleetMQ staff can read. Access is limited to the people who handle early access.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as early access is relevant to you, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
